		<description>hey J, glad to see you write about this.  I read an article in Popular Mechanics recently about hydro power making a comeback.  An old technology but new turbines make this very efficient now.  I can&#039;t believe hundreds of hydro power mills were shut down to plug into the grid.  Now small towns are working on getting the water flowing again for a very attractive sustainable  solution.
